Labour M.P. Jo Cox murdered by right wing terrorist

Sodium Haze is deeply saddened and shocked by the murder of Labour M.P. Jo Cox.

Early reports suggest she was shot several times by a right wing terrorist invoking the name of far right extremist group “Britain First”.

Jo worked both for Oxfam and the anti-slavery charity, the Freedom Fund, before she was elected last year as MP for Batley and Spen – where she was born and grew up.

We send our heartfelt sympathies to the loved ones left behind – her family can be justly proud of her work for justice and equality.
