What is the best way to reveal the truth about internal events in Russia today?
If you think the best way is:
Sitting in an office in London, re-blogging the same handful of wilfully misleading photographs taken several days ago in a provincial Russian City a 1,000km from Moscow of:
(i) a small group of people who rushed down with their phones to take selfies with a man at the centre of a global news story and
(ii) the same small group of people making a video on their phones of a large tank with a man in a balaclava waving a flag
If you can wilfully choose not to understand, that in a city of 1.1 million people that maybe 200 or so people waving iphones at these rare events, is perhaps not really any kind of political statement – but perhaps just curious people wanting a selfie and a video to put on social media.
If you can wilfully choose not to understand that extrapolating the political sentiment of an entire city of 1.1 million people and then an entire country of 144 million on the basis of a handful of carefully taken and carefully edited photographs is wilfully dishonest – then read on for a great opportunity!
Similarly if you think the best way to reveal the truth about internal events in Russia today is to:
(a) retweet an endless stream of evidence free assertions from apparatchiks at NATO, the EU, Ukraine, the U.S state department, UK military intelligence and neocon U.S think tanks
(b) To re-report the same biased reportage of your counterparts at other western media portals also based in London or Washington..
and if you are happy to suit up and sell your soul day to do this after to day in exchange for career advancement, social status, money and maybe a small house in north London…
Then do we have a job for YOU!
And what is that job? Why its a job at The Guardian, BBC or Sky News of course as a JOURNALIST in the corporate media.
Since 2013 I have worked on this Ad-Free site: trying to give a voice to those without the power or agency to speak out for themselves and speaking simple truths that well paid journalists in the corporate media dare not utter.
I am a home schooling parent on a low income – paying for the domain, web hosting and security entirely out of my own pocket.
If you find this website useful and could spare us a few shillings to help keep our lights on, it would be very much appreciated.
Thank you in solidarity with all our readers. John Lynch, Editor.
